			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Park Meadows is the premier shopping area in South Denver, Colorado.  Home to dozens of great restaurants, Park Meadows has become a culinary Mecca as well.  A recent addition to the west side of the mall called The Vistas added five fresh choices including quality American restaurant <strong><a title="Park Meadows Reservations" href="http://www.opentable.com/single.aspx?rid=35383&amp;ref5167" target="_blank">White Chocolate Grill</a></strong>, Italian Brio Tuscan Grille, Latin <a title="Reservations" href="http://www.opentable.com/single.aspx?rid=26632&amp;ref=5167" target="_blank"><strong>La Sandia</strong></a> from chef Richard Sandoval and <a title="Reservations" href="http://www.opentable.com/single.aspx?rid=859&amp;ref=5167" target="_blank"><strong>California Cafe</strong> </a>in the mall.  Throw in sushi operator Mikuni from northern California, <a title="Reservation" href="http://www.opentable.com/single.aspx?rid=31561&amp;ref=5167" target="_blank"><strong>Earls American</strong></a> for a quick bite or happy hour and Fish City Grill and this area provides plenty of options.  Free Valet is available to restaurant patrons; just ask for a validation at the restaurant.  Park Meadows has plenty of parking around The Vistas.</p>

<p>A full food court is available in the mall with the typical quick bite options like Paradise Bakery, Sbarro Pizza, Subway, McDonalds, Orange Julias, Starbucks, Dairy Queen, Panda Express and Chick-Fil-A.   In the Mall, California Café offers a white table cloth experience and Nordstrom&#8217;s Café is located inside that store.   The Cheesecake Factory has both their namesake and a Grand Lux as options.  On the fringe there are Earls and Champps for a sports-bar environment nationally known restaurants like California Pizza Kitchen, Red Robin, P.F. Chang’s, Red Lobster and TGI Fridays.</p>
<p>South of Park Meadows is an area called The Entertainment District.  <a title="Reservations" href="http://www.opentable.com/single.aspx?rid=37528&amp;ref=5167" target="_blank"><strong>Rio Grande Mexican</strong></a> is known for their margaritas and sits across from a Brunswick Bowling and entertainment facility.   North of Park Meadows are a handful of restaurants which have been serving meals for many years.  J. Alexander’s offers main stream food and Rock Bottom is the local brew-house favorite.  A Buffalo Wild Wings always has sports on the TV and wings-a-plenty.  Just down County Line Road and up Inverness Drive is a <a title="Reservations" href="http://www.opentable.com/single.aspx?rid=39922&amp;ref=5167" target="_blank"><strong>Fleming’s Steakhouse</strong></a> and Wine Bar.  Further up the road is a <strong><a title="Reservations" href="http://www.opentable.com/single.aspx?rid=15130&amp;ref=5167" target="_blank">Maggiano’s Little Italy</a> </strong>for banquets or family-style Italian fare.</p>
<p>Head just west of Park Meadows along C-470 and there is a Lodo&#8217;s Bar and Grill and Krispy Kreme Donoughts as well as a Claim Jumper.  Twenty minutes south is Castle Rock, Colorado which has numerous fast food restaurants including McDonalds, Wendy&#8217;s and the rest.  Full service restaurants in Castle Rock include Outback, Rockyard American Grill and Brewing Company and Union-An American Bistro.</p>
