The recent addition to Park Meadows Restaurants in The Vistas includes Brio Italian Restaurant. Across from White Chocolate Grill and La Sandia, this restaurant too has a great patio looking west over Highlands Ranch and to the mountains beyond. A “Tuscan Grille,” Brio offers classic Italian fare in a comfortable dining space. North on Quebec is Pesce Fresco offering Italian and Mediterranean food. Maggiano’s Little Italy is across I-25 off Dry Creek Road. Maggiano’s is a great choice for family-style Italian dining and also offers banquet facilities like their location in downtown Denver.
About Italian Restaurants
Italian food is one of the most popular cuisines in America today. From pizza parlors and specialty ice cream shops to high class restaurants, everybody seems to have a favourite Italian dish. While some restaurants are run and catered for by the owner, harking back to his roots and his family recipes, other Italian restaurants have been spawned as huge chains. Consistency and low prices are the hallmarks of many chains, whilst quality and handmade dishes draw a different clientele.
A typical Italian menu will offer fish dishes, pasta with a range of sauces; steaks, seafood and more. Almost all Italian dishes include a tasty sauce, vegetables and a form of pasta. Fine Italian wines such as Chianti and Merlot are included on most menus. Desserts may include rich panna cotta, tiramisu and quality gelati, or ice cream. Finally, round off the meal with an Italian cappuccino or espresso coffee.
