Park Meadows Mexican Restaurants

Park Meadows Mall south of Denver has a surprisingly large number of Mexican Restaurants in the area. Hacienda Colorado is across I-25 and south of the mall but a local favorite. Brewery Bar II is known for their Mexican food and great times and is in the Entertainment District south of the Mall by The Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant. This restaurant has a location in LoDo and is known for incredible margaritas with a second level bar and salsa dancing a couple nights a week. Los Dos Potrillos at 8251 S Holly is very popular for real Mexican fare. For a quick bite there are Chipotle, Baja Fresh and Qdoba surrounding Park Meadows Mall. Wahoo’s Fish Tacos is the southern California favorite with two satellite outlets in Denver. (apparently the owners like to surf and ski) The authentic Las Brisas at 6787 S Clinton Street is an option as is Little Anita’s at 6830 S Yosemite.

About Mexican Restaurants

Puebla is a province just south of Mexico City. Chefs from Puebla are known for their cooking skills and reliability and are sought after in American-Mexican restaurants. They take with them all their local knowledge and produce and develop many Tex-Mex dishes which the Americans love. Mexican cuisine is so popular that Mexican restaurants can be found in almost every town in the United States, including Lone Tree, and every city throughout the world. They serve not only the ex-Pat Mexican communities but all nationalities. New Mexico has a large Mexican community and actually has developed its own New Mexican Cuisine which can be enjoyed in many local restaurants there.
